Account registration on 93ph is free of charge. 93ph will never charge a fee for creating or maintaining a standard player account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:
Any unauthorized use of 93ph intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 93ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
93ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 93ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 93ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
93ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the 93ph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering on the 93ph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including:

Players who are residents of the Philippines agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
